Paul Wilson | We were very pleased with the service we received from Paul Wilson - an Independent Dealer of CARELS Real Estate Listing Service. Paul gave us good advice on how to prepare our home before listing it. He put together an excellent booklet outlining the features of our home with numerous full colour pictures and measurements of all the rooms, the lot, the outside of our house and our many gardens. He put up two professional For Sale lawn signs - one on the front lawn and one in the backyard behind our fence, as we had two road frontages. CARELS rates are extremely low as compared to other Real Estate companies. We did not have to sign a legal binding contract. CARELS services advertised our home on their website. You can also choose to advertise your home on MLS through CARELS. Although we did not choose to use MLS, as we were able to sell our home using CARELS only.
