A: All our charges are based upon a flat rate according to the service(s) the customer requests.

Q: How do I locate my CARELS.CA Independent Dealer?

A: You may locate your CARELS.CA Independent Dealer on our CARELS.CA's homepage. Click on the tab 'Find a Dealer'.

Q: Does CARELS.CA only advertise houses for sale?

A: No we also accept rental/lease properties.

Q: Will the CARELS.CA Independent Dealer install and remove a For Sale lawn sign?

A: Yes.

Q: Does CARELS.CA advertise commercial buildings for sale or lease?

A:  Yes.

A:  No



Q: How does a potential buyer present an Offer To Purchase?

A:  Easy.  The seller can instruct the potential buyer to present their offer to the seller's lawyer, or if the seller wishes, the offer can be presented directly to him/her.

Q: How do I contact and deal with CARELS.CA?

A: Sorry you don't CARELS.CA does not deal directly with the public. You must locate the CARELS.CA Independent Dealer in your locality and deal with him/her. See next question.

Q: How long does my property remain advertised on CARELS.CA's website?

A:  6 months or until sold or removed at customer's request.

Q: Is CARELS.CA a real estate broker?

A:  No.  We are able to assist our customers sell their homes by using proven advertising methods, along with all the necessary  paperwork and support needed.

Q: What happens next?

A: Your CARELS.CA Independent Dealer will visit your home. You will receive a complete profile of our services. After your acceptance the Independent Dealer measures and records all room sizes, takes 20-40 pictures, completes the feature sheets, posts the property information and pictures on the CARELS.CA's internet website, installs a professional lawn sign and supplies all other necessary paperwork, including Offer To Purchase forms.

Q: What would it cost me to sell my house with a real estate agent?

A: Most real estate agents charge up to 5% of the value of your house. If your house sells for $900,000 at 5% you will pay the real estate agent $45,000 commission + $5,850.00 HST= $50,850.00
