A: No. We are able to assist our customers sell their homes by using proven advertising methods, along with all the necessary paperwork and support needed.Q: What happens next?
A: Your CARELS.CA Independent Dealer will visit your home. You will receive a complete profile of our services. After your acceptance the Independent Dealer measures and records all room sizes, takes 20-40 pictures, completes the feature sheets, posts the property information and pictures on the CARELS.CA's internet website, installs a professional lawn sign and supplies all other necessary paperwork, including Offer To Purchase forms.Q: What would it cost me to sell my house with a real estate agent?
A: Most real estate agents charge up to 5% of the value of your house. If your house sells for $900,000 at 5% you will pay the real estate agent $45,000 commission + $5,850.00 HST= $50,850.00
